Position Description
The Field Representative role is a client-facing outside sales opportunity. Field Representatives serve as the face of Meridian for our clients, guiding home and business owners throughout the restoration process. The Field Representative role includes door knocking, performing storm damage assessments, meeting with insurance adjusters, submitting project details, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collecting payments.

Expectations
- Assess, document, and present storm damage to homeowners.
- Guide homeowners through Meridian’s entire restoration process.
- Attend meetings with insurance adjusters to review damages.
- Clearly and consistently communicate with clients and Meridian team members.
- Maintain organized up to date communications with clients and Meridian staff.
Qualifications
- A positive can-do attitude and ability to quickly develop client relationships.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and at all levels of the company.
- A competitive spirit, strong will to win, and a never give up attitude are essential.
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs for damage.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle required.
Successful Field Representatives can earn $50,000-$125,000 in their first year.
